We gladly accept returns within 14 days for either a refund or exchange. We understand that customers may want to test a few sprays before deciding, but please be aware that we cannot accept bottles beyond this extent, or beyond our 14 day policy. Such items will be sent back to you. Where a refund has been requested, we will refund in full per bottle minus £3.50 for the intial shipping costs.
